Back in the days, skateparks were piles of trash and Youtube wasn’t around to teach you new moves. It would take you weeks and weeks to figure out how to get the darn thing off the ground before you landed your first successful Ollie. Those days are over. Skateparks are popping up everywhere and they’ve improved astronomically. The internet has all the information you need to improve your skills – no wonder every ten year old today skates better than you ever will.

Now you could be bitter about that fact, or you could embrace it. Just like you can hate on the Olympics, or simply enjoy the attention it brings to skateboarding.

Not far from central Manchester “Graystone” is about to be opened to the public, and will sure make the UK a hot contender for 2020! It’s only be a matter of time until jaw-dropping clips of up and coming rippers will hit the ‘gram and leave you in awe.

The facility will not only host a skatepark & bowl, but include a big air section, foam pits and all sorts of fun stuff!

The plan is ambitious – facilities in 5 locations across the UK are the goal within the next five years, and you can help make it happen!
