Here’s a bunch of actual awesome Star Wars colab stuff I stumbled over lately after I got my kid something from H&M, and felt like a dick.

The Medicom 400% Darth Vader Be@rbrick which was followed up by Stussy, who have made this ‘Powers of the dark side’ tee. These 2 products will be released hand in hand in Japan from August 14th and are limited to 100 units per piece.

This one is a little older, dating back to zeroseven, but I’m totally digging KAWS again these days.

This is so nice. Sneaks and macarons, could it be any better? The lovely store colette always has the most fun events. Now they have started a cooking workshop, called cooklette and they will release a pair of  pistachio and raspberry Nike Air Royalty made of macarons. Wish I was in Paris March 13!

Ok. Just to keep it nerdy, these super limited Parra Air Max 1′s will be released March 13, available exclusively from Patta in The Netherlands and a few selected Nike Sportswear stores. Even more nerdy specs are that this shoe is made from burgundy suede and mesh with a terry chenille on the swoosh. They’ve got multi-coloured outsole and a shoe liner with hand drawn graphics. The tongue tag sports the Parra logo. And just for those with light blue tee shirts, the ankle eyelet is done in sky blue with matching laces and air unit. I’d like mine in black please.

Parra blew up ages ago and has done stuff for mostly everyone. Check out LOTS of his stuff here. Below I’ve grabbed a couple of my favs just to fill in some space and make it more like a real blog post – even though they’re ripped from google and are lo res.

I read in the paper this week a study that concluded that kids that play computer games are better equipped to join the world as socially adept critters than those whose hippy parents are stuck in the ice age and won’t allow their poor, soon-to-be-teased-and-beaten kids anywhere near interactive boxes like tv’s and computers. Either way, I’ve always sucked at computer games, never had the patience and would probably rather be facebooking or watching porn – well, not as a kid I wasn’t.

Computer games are good. Especially when they’re skateboarding and snowboarding games. I also like flying in a spaceship and shooting aliens, and I like being a circle that eats ghosts too.

EA Sports are pretty stoked, they’re releasing the newest version of their skateboard series, EA Skate 3, featuring none other than one of all time favourites Andrew Reynolds who we just happened to interview in issue 10.

The crew over at Emerica are pretty excited about his new limited edition tie die version of his well known cruiser that’s been designed especially for the game in collab with EA, Emerica and The Boss himself. The shoe will be released in June and if you’re still into tie die I’d get in quick cos it ain’t gonna hang around.

Shoe The Bear make shoes. Possibly the weirdest brand name I’ve heard for ages (oops I just looked in the mirror and realised the we’re called bitchnob or something ridiculous) are quoted somewhere (cos this is refined copypaste) as saying this. (We) “are located in the pulsating environment around the creative brotherhood of LYNfabrikken in Aarhus, Denmark. (This is where my anal editing skills kicked in to fix the almostenglish) end of quote-ish” For every new collection Shoe The Bear collaborates with new partners with whom they develop a line of unique art sneakers. For the AW10 collection we had the pleasure of mixing our laces with the creative melting pot, SHFT from Copenhagen. Jan and Benjamin of SHFT have done extremely cool stuff for the last few years, and have also become MTV darlings. (Shit I wanna be a darling too! Mtv: Call me!) The tag team with Shoe The Bear has set new standards for sneakers.

Either way, memorable brand name or not and my analediting aside, I quite like the shoes and would be ultra down with a pair in umm, let’s say black.

18 Months in the making, Nike Skateboarding is proud to announce the release of a 600 page book featuring almost every SB rider in Europe.

Fluff Magazine from Holland, known for their untraditional approach towards magazine making, was given all creative freedom to come up with their interpretation of the SB country teams in Europe. Photographer Marcel Veldman visited 19 European countries to capture the riders both on and off their boards. The result is 600 pages of amazing content featuring over 100 riders.

To celebrate the release of the Fluff SB book a temporary exhibition space will open in the heart of Copenhagen at the Meat packing district January 15. from 19.00 – 23.00.
On a daily basis, the space is managed by Sons Of Studios Gallery. The exhibition will showcase the Fluff SB Book, a photo exhibition with large print samples from the book and you can also also see the release of a limited edition Nike Zoom Bruin SB designed by Fluff magazine.

We’ve got 1 shop stocking Bitchslap over in Amsterdam formerly called 90 Square Meters and now called 290 Square Meters. (dope web by the way). It’s pretty much the best shop out there so next time you’re in A-town go visit. Anyway, Ido, the shop’s owner has been hand feeding selected ‘cool-enough’ customers the mag for a few years now and that’s where Nalden comes in. He’s been sipping on Gin and Bitchslap since issue six and not-blogging about it until we hit the mighty 10. So he blogged us and I was geeking around in my google analytics and was like, what the fuck is this nalden shit about.
