For FW11, Carhartt are dropping this magnificent piece of work aptly named the Blackbird Fly camera in colab with Japanese PowerShovel.
This 65mm twin-lens reflex is modelled on the medium format Rolleiflex (which a bunch of my friends own) which was used by the likes of Andy Warhol, James Dean, and more locally, Bror Bernild.
Typically Carhartt, this is released in a dark military green and once we get our promo version we’ll be sure to follow up with some pictures so you can see if it’s all show, or banging on all fronts.
