I got a mail today from a kid who goes to the media-versity thing here in Copenhagen saying him and his crew had made it to the top ten of this Philips/Ridley Scott/Bafta film contest which was apparently a big deal and so since I had nothing better to do than my WAY OVERDUE taxes, I thought I’d check it out, and hot diggity, if I had any money I would give this kid a job. Radical film!!
The rules of the film are as follows: It has a maximum length of 3 minutes and must only contain six mandatory lines of dialogue: What is that? / It’s a unicorn / Never seen one up close before / Get away, get away / I’m sorry
So here’s the thing, they need you to vote for them, because it’s a user voter thing and then if you back them up enough to get to the final then it’s up to Sir Ridley himself. But hey, I like it and it voting is as easy as clicking the like button here. Make sure you get it right though, and hey vote for whatever the hell you think is the best film but our local hero’s film is called Honey Moon.
