Where the wild things are could well be the best childrens book of all time, Written and illustrated by Maurice Sendak way back in 1963, it has been Inspiring bedroom revolution, imagination, and countless illustrators for over 40 years. Having been a favorite for so long I guess it was about time they made the movie(again). Although I don´t think it can compete with Sendaks illustrations, which manage to tell such a great story in just 10 lines of text, and acording to the studio they were looking to release a film that “really delivers for a broad-based audience” which should read: cheezy with morals. Despite that, and with Spike Jonze directing, it´s looking pretty good. Check the trailer!
